Real Pro Rentals offers affordable housing throughout the nation. There are many advantages of renting from Real Pro Rentals, including discounted rent. Our rentals help those who are looking to rent on a budget.
Rental Payments
In order to provide affordable housing at a price one can afford, Real Pro Rentals has a strict payment policy. Rent is due on the 1st of the month.Any payment made after the 1st of the month will be considered late and is subject to a 10% late fee, which is strictly enforced. All failed payments have an automatic 10% late fee which is non negotiable.
Rent shall be paid in only via the following options:
- ACH or Debit/Credit automatic payments.
- Money order/Official check deposited into Wells Fargo.
At Real Pro Rentals, we like simplicity. Autopay is the recommended option. Option (b) may be subject to administrative fees and is an inconvinience to both parties.
Maintenance Requests
Real Pro Rentals does it best at keeping your rentals low and at affordable prices. As a result of this, cosmetic repairs under $500 are handled by the tenant. Landlord is only responsible for major repairs, such as air conditioning/heating, roofing, plumbing, electrical. Any cosmetic improvements are to be made by the tenant.
